BIKELAKELAND: Dichotomous Lakeland bicycling news as one bicyclist, Richard Joseph Arenda, was critically injured in an early morning collision while another, 70 year-old Dale Jacobs, is preparing for a 600-mile charity bike ride to benefit the Wogan S. Badcock unit of the Boys & Girls Club of Lakeland.
