Skyview Estates Ordered to Accept Woman’s Disabled Daughter
The senior community’s board had said it would accept Linda Haase, 55, but not her 27-year-old daughter with cerebral palsy. The Florida Commission on Human Relations ruled that Skyview Estates violated the Fair Housing Act.
