Dispute Centers on Man’s Plan to Build Home on Lake Hollingsworth

A convoluted and contentious mess continues to percolate over property on Lake Hollingsworth in one of the city’s most scenic and priciest neighborhoods. A Lakeland man is wrangling with the city over whether he should be allowed to build a house on a vacant lot between Lake Hollingsworth Drive and the lake.

Cell Tower: Officials Frustrated They Can’t Consider Health Issues

Chamber Plans New Business Complex Near RP Funding Center

New Restaurant Offers Tastes of Indian Home Cooking

Kamini Kumar isn’t the type to pat her own back, except for just this one thing: her made-from-scratch Indian cooking at her new restaurant. “I love to please people by cooking,” she said. “And they just love it. This is the same food I cook for my family. It’s just a bigger kitchen.”

$600,000 Donation Aids Upgrade of Youth Sports Park
